terms

These terms apply when you use manje.com or springcity.manje.com, place an order, book catering, buy a gift card, or sign up for our texts or emails. By doing any of these, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Orders and pricing

• Menu items, prices and availability can change without notice, and may differ between our website, our restaurant and third-party delivery apps.
• We may cancel or adjust an order if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we do, we'll contact you and refund any difference.
• Orders placed through third-party apps (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub) are also subject to that app's terms, and refunds for those orders are handled through the app.

Payment

Payment is due when you order. Payments are processed by our payment providers; taxes and any delivery or service fees are shown before you pay.

Pickup and delivery

• Pickup and delivery times are estimates. Please check your order when you receive it.
• Delivery is available only within our delivery area and hours. For Spring City orders, food is prepared at our West Chester kitchen and delivered to you.
• Orders not picked up by closing time on the day ordered may be discarded for food safety and are not refundable.

Cancellations and refunds

• Regular orders can be cancelled for a full refund until we start preparing them. Once preparation has started, orders can't be cancelled or refunded.
• If something is missing, incorrect or not up to our standards, contact us within 24 hours at (610) 241-1852, with a photo if possible. We'll remake the item, give store credit or issue a refund for the affected item, at our discretion.

Catering and Family & Friends Feasts

• Catering orders require at least 3 days' notice; 4 or more days is recommended, especially for larger events. Shorter-notice orders may be accepted when we have capacity.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your date. The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days (72 hours) before your event.
• Cancellations made 4 or more days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 4 days but at least 3 days (72 hours) before the event forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are charged in full, since food has already been purchased and prepared.
• Final guest counts are due 72 hours before the event. We'll do our best to accommodate increases after that; decreases after that point are not refunded.
• Rescheduling with at least 4 days' notice is free, subject to availability. Your deposit carries over to the new date once.

Food allergies

Our kitchen handles common allergens (including peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, eggs, dairy, soy and wheat), and some dishes are spicy. We cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free. Please tell us about allergies before ordering.

Text messages (SMS)

• By opting in, you agree to receive texts from Manjé about orders, catering, offers and updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Promotions and gift cards

• Offers and promo codes have the terms stated with them, can't be combined unless stated, are limited to one per order, and have no cash value. We may end a promotion at any time.
• Gift cards don't expire, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and can't be replaced if lost or stolen.

Using our websites

Website content (photos, logos, menus, text) belongs to Manjé. Please don't copy or reuse it without permission, or use the sites for anything unlawful or to interfere with how they work.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Manjé is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our websites or services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
